Flash drive password products are a exact must-have in our busy lives in this day and age. Think about it, how often have we misplaced or lost these tiny wee things? Or worse yet, had found that they were stolen? There is just too much inexpressive and personal, and even sometimes financial facts on these “data sticks” to be allowing plainly whatever to have any access to, don’t you think?

This can be even more devastating if we use these mini data drives with company computing, and have all of the delicate facts on our meticulous and trusting clientele slipping off into the questionable paws of God-knows-who. Can you fantasize the consequences of losing your clients’ extremely personal, even financial information, to be strewn about all over the world-wide web for all to see? Perish the thought! Obviously, flash drive password software is an extremely needed thing – but can we safely rely on shareware or freeware programs to take care of our own data security and that of trusted others?

God

It should be inordinately clear here, that the respond is a resounding no, legitimately not. With the way these programs can be riddled with spyware and adware, these can more than merely mess up or ice our drives and computers, they can lose the facts we store on the drives and even rob us of it for devious use. These “free” programs plainly cannot (nor should they not) have any real trust be invested in them. The very nature of such inexpressive and delicate data, whether personal or work related, demands that we have absolute security. Professionally created flash drive password software is the only good selection for retention our facts truly secure.

Anything less than this would akin to repairing a hole in a dam with a piece of masking tape. Would you trust all of your personal and financial data to something like that? I didn’t think so. Professional flash drive password software also needs to have the selection to retrieve a password should we forget it. For all of these reasons, we must only rely on Professionally created software and nothing less.

4. Do add in B/W shots in your color range when taking baby shots as these add a period charm to the whole album; most digital cameras also have a black and white or Sepia-tone setting, which you can adjust to your benefit to give a classic, very elegant look to the baby photo.

5. If you have a digicam, take lots of pictures of a single occasion so you can pick and select the best; high-speed cameras work best to capture change in moods and movements of a baby.

Exodus 3:13-14 Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they shall say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, “I Am Who I Am.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, “I Am has sent me to you.” [Nkjv]

John 8:58 Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am.” [Nkjv]

God

Whoa! What an awesome, all-inclusive statement You and Your Son made, Father! Unable to sleep last night, I pondered the total lack of adjectives, adverbs, or any other kind of modifiers in those statements. I wondered if You meant, “I Am, period?” Or did You mean, “I Am ____ (fill in the blank, according to your need)”? Maybe You meant both? Or maybe what You said is beyond human comprehension.

As a writer – and a human one, at that – I’ve spent a great deal of time searching for the right modifiers of both nouns and verbs. So You can understand the strangeness I have as I try to wrap my mind around, “I Am”. I hear Christians saying, “God is love, period,” and I am struck with the incompleteness of that view. It’s like saying a beautiful multi-faceted diamond is “lovely.” It can also hurt one if it is not treated with a wholesome respect for sharp edges.

I remember going straight through the entire Bible, starting at Genesis 1:1, and working my way towards the very last word of Revelation. I remember how Your personality seemed to take on new facets with every new book. At one point in The Old Testament, You seemed so orderly…so creative…so ingenious! Then You seemed very rigid and, sometimes, even cruel. Then I saw Your possessive, jealous side. Of course, Your sovereignty and power came through, loud and strong. And then I saw You giving Your children opening after chance. And I found myself wondering why You took the great risk of giving man free will? Seemed like everybody in the Bible was using it to hurt You!

Then I saw the great love You exhibited as You came down to earth, gave up Your glory, and made it inherent for me to have an intimate relationship with You. I noticed how terribly flawed all those heroes of The Bible were, and how You delighted in using weak things – and weak population – to display Your strength. And I was grateful, for I, too, am weak.

Father, I know my finite mind cannot possibly grasp all You meant by “I Am”, but I love pondering the enormity of what You said. Thank You for the use of that gift tense verb. It assures me that You are with me every second of every minute. And thank You for giving me a mind that is so categorically sparked by Your Word, and an imagination that cannot be satisfied on this earth. Oh! I have so much to look forward to when I see You face-to-face!

Successful Christian living is predicated upon the knowledge of the will of God for our lives. Apostle Paul writing to the Colossian church said, “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding”(Colossians 1:9, Kjv). Once we operate with wisdom and spiritual insight on his will, we’re able to achieve our task of discipleship. This article will discuss three vital types of his will with regard to humanity, here they are:

1. Direct and Revealed Will of God

God

These deal with God’s intent as touching population and things which cannot be questioned. They stand so clear that nobody can miss or have any doubt about them. I list here examples of the direct will of God towards all mankind (a) salvation – God’s mercy and patience has been shown to human persons even in their sinfulness in order to give them the opportunity for repentance.

The scripture says, “The Lord is not slack with regard to his promise, as some men count slackness, but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9, Kjv). This is revealed will of God to all, now either we sass to it is other matter, God’s position remains regardless (b) sanctification, it’s written “For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication” (1 Thessalonians 4:3, Kjv), this continual process is done by his word and the working power of the Holy Ghost. Again we read, “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God our whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:23, Kjv). There is no mincing of words here, nothing to debate, I suppose, but we should attempt to believe what has been declared. (c) curative – this is a part of the atonement. God desires us to be in perfect condition and even states clearly that we shouldn’t say we’re sick.

2. Implied Will of God

This is drawn from what we know with regard to his direct will. For example, if I give you a ride, there’s no direct will of God touching this single act. Seeing back to the scripture though, we find statements such as, love your neighbor as yourself. In lieu of this, the assistance for the ride is carefully thorough activity to God.

3. Permissive Will of God

This is where God allows us to go on with our ways, though he warned us against the sorrow and danger of our decisions and actions. See Ecclesiastes 8:11-13.

There is a gross misunderstanding of this single one. You don’t pursue a fornication lifestyle or such like, because you feel, God must have supported your actions since there is no immediate consequences. Years ago, a sister came to my office to tip off me of a marriage connection arrangement with an unbeliever. She simply stated before me these words, “I know you’ll not agree with my actions but God hasn’t killed me.” I was stunned and didn’t have a opportunity to say much when she breezed away. Sad to say years later the marriage ended in anguish and divorce.

The greatest goal of a true believer should be to seek the will of God for their lives. It’s on this platform that we’ll find and attain peace and contentment in our lives and purpose.

The Will Of God – Three important Types

From the very first day, the day I was born again, my prayer was God teach me your ways. I was wholly awe struck with Jesus. I didn’t want man to teach me anything, I just wanted to know the truth, and I wanted it straight from the Lord Himself. The funny thing was God would bring, across my path, people, books, tapes, and radio or Tv broadcasts. So God used people to teach me the things He wanted me to know.

To hunger for truth is a great strength in the life of a believer, but any strength can become a weakness. I wanted to know truth so much that I would not obey until I understood first. The problem with that is, life does not come from understanding. Life comes from the Spirit. This is one of those paradoxical things in the lives of believers. We need insight that is true, and in scripture we are told to get understanding, but life does not come from understanding.

God

The word of God is living, it is alive, even the parts we do not understand have life. That means we can draw life from scripture even when we do not understand what we are reading. Have you ever been reading the word and some verse just jump out at you, causing you to easily come alive, and not easily understand what it meant? If you have then you know it’s true. You can draw life from what you do not understand. Life does not come from understanding. Life comes from the Spirit.

But doesn’t the Holy Spirit give us understanding? Yes He does. Why? So that we might be more in tune with the flow of life He wants to bring us into. If I have to understand the instruction of the Spirit before I obey, I may never obey. If I will obey what I cannot understand, then I will flow in the Holy Spirit and perceive the life He gives, and insight will come in time. It is a easily powerful way to live.

Not needing to understand, in order to trust, is what it comes down to. It may not be an easy place to arrive at, but it is a powerful place. The cool thing is the more we trust and obey, when we don’t understand, the more we will finally understand. The more we understand, the more life of the Spirit we be in tune with. The more in tune we are, the more we trust, the easier it is to walk out what we don’t presently understand.

The Lord Jesus will just bid us to come to Him out on the water. He will not elucidate how it works first. So if we want the testimony of doing the impossible we cannot wait for explanations!

In the first Fit For Jesus article, I mentioned the following scripture:

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your body.”

Bible

1 Corinthians 6: 19-20

This is only the beginning, but what a clear beginning it is! Our body is the exact bodily temple of the Holy Spirit. By taking care of our bodies, we are taking care of our wonderful Holy Spirit’s temple. Our body is a gift from the Lord, and we should all, in a easy act of thankfulness and love, take care of our body and the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Are we required to? Technically, no. Salvation through Jesus Christ is a gift of God’s grace. Our salvation does not depend on our actions, but don’t you want to give something back to our gracious Heavenly Father, who gave His Son for us?

(In the coming weeks, we will get into a lot of detail about how, while our actions here on earth have Nothing to do with “deserving” salvation, our actions here on earth – including your levels of health and fitness – potentially have Much to do with our bonus in heaven!)

Here is more scripture:

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”The Jews replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” But the temple he had spoken of was his body.

John 2: 19-21

Jesus states that His body is a temple. I know when I first came across this scripture, my gut response was, “Yeah, but that is Jesus. I can’t compare myself to Him and call my body a temple!”

It practically seems uncomfortable to compare ourselves to Jesus, doesn’t it? Yet, in the Bible, it clearly states that we are “made new in Christ”, and through the Holy Spirit “conformed to the likeness of His Son.” Yes, we are conformed into the likeness of His character and His righteousness and holiness, but Jesus was also very human.

Jesus was exceptionally clear: His human body was a temple!

In him the whole construction is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in Him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.

Ephesians 2:21-22

This well seals the point, doesn’t it? We are, both individually and collectively, becoming a “dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit!”.

I think we can all agree that the Bible is conclusive: our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. In the Old Testament, a immense estimate of resources, including time, talent, attention, and money were devoted to the construction of God’s temple. The temple of the Holy Spirit – our body – should be no different!

Pray today for the Lord’s strength to help you build a temple worthy of the Holy Spirit. Ask for strength to select the right foods, the desire to plan your meals, the shift in priorities to generate time to exercise. Start with the clear scripture, and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you in more detail about His desire for you!

In today’s contemporary church, the word fornication is approximately obsolete yet it’s not so in scripture. A lot of people, especially the young generation may be asking, where is that in the Bible? In the scriptures, fornication is directly mentioned both in particular and plural forms about thirty-nine times. In the Old Testament we see reference being made regarding it four times. First, is in the book of 2 Chronicles. It’s written, “Moreover he made high places in the mountains of Judah, and caused the inhabitants of Jerusalem to commit fornication, and compelled Judah thereto” (2 Chronicles 21:11, Kjv). To walk with the Lord and satisfy his requirements, especially relating to holiness, it’s expedient to briefly scrutinize a argument about fornication.

Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary -10th edition defines fornication as ‘consensual sexual intercourse in the middle of two persons not married to each other.’ It’s a violation of one’s conscience and a breach of God’s commandments of sexual Syn. Clearness in human interactions. Fornication or free sexual acts was and still is a forbidden act by God to those whom he has chosen and to those who pick to serve him with the hope of eternal life here on earth and in heaven.

Bible

W.E. Vine Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words defines fornication as ‘illicit sexual intercourse, it stands for or includes adultery.’ We live in a culture of sexual revolution and experimentation. The values and morals of the community have eroded to the extent that the bar of immorality has been extended. The dramatic trend is seen in the church (the body of Christ) which has been infected by this epidemic of this horrible lifestyle. Churches have been passive in calling for Biblical standards and don’t touch the branch in order to growth their membership.

Lets’ scrutinize some Biblical perspectives regarding fornication:

1) It invites God’s anger.

When God’s people departed from the right path of righteous living and gave themselves to sexual immorality, God’s anger was provoked against them for judgment. We read, “Thou has also committed fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, great of flesh; and hast increased thy whoredoms, to provoke me to anger” (Ezekiel 16:26, Kjv). In case you were asking, where is this in the Bible? The preceding scripture is one that informs you of God’s anger against this practice.

2) Abstention

As a requirement of being a born-again, spirit-filled believer, you’re indeed commanded to abstain from fornication. Okay, you say, where is that in the Bible? Here it is plain and clear, “But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood” (Acts 15:20, Kjv). You have the responsibility, by the grace of God and by the power of the Holy Spirit, to hold yourself from sexual sin or fornication.

3) Non-Righteous practice And Lifestyle

Where is that in the Bible? We see this saying, “Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers” (Romans 1:29, Kjv). Fornication here speaks of unrighteousness. You cannot practice fornication and claim to be in the right standing with the Lord Jesus Christ.

4) Horrible Act

It’s a horrible act for those who claim a born-again feel to indulge in fornication. Apostle Paul spoke with great shock in finding believers caught up with this practice and called for genuine repentance. We read, “It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife” (1 Corinthians 5:1, Kjv). It’s sad when believers practice a behavior not seen among unbelievers.

5) Forbidden Act

You say where is that in the Bible? Here it is, “But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints” (Ephesians 5:3, Kjv). Since you’re now a saint of God, fornication shouldn’t even be connected with you in any form or fashion.

6) Put on your Running Shoes

You’re commanded not to meddle with objects of fornication but to turn away or to say it better, run from them. It’s written, “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body” (1 Corinthians 6¬:18, Kjv). Your body is the Lord’s temple and shouldn’t be offered as an object of immorality. Keep yourself clean for the Lord’s assistance in body, mind, and spirit.

If you have been teaching Adult Bible Study Curriculum for very long you know that they commonly have a definite calendar and there is not much wiggle room in it. While this is helpful at times it seems there are far more moments where this rigidity is purely troublesome. For example, the holiday season is arrival up with Thanksgiving and Christmas and all the joy and reflection that they bring. But it is quite potential that there will be no lessons that fall around these holidays nor will there be any open weeks for you to put one in. This is where you need to be willing to shake things up a itsybitsy bit. Of policy change for the sake of change can do more damage then good so here is a itsybitsy bit of wisdom to guide you in this process.

1. Go to a higher power- Yes pray about this situation but also go to the man in charge. If you are in payment of the Adult Bible Study Curriculum then this should be easy. Be brave and just change the calendar. If you are a instructor though you need to find the man in payment and respectfully bounce your idea off of them. They will probably have lots of questions but should be fairly receptive. Even if they are not it is still very leading that you respect their authority and the leadership that is in place in your church.

Bible

2. Look for a good spot in the calendar- Any package of lessons commonly comes with a calendar or a scope and sequence. This is what lists out all the lessons. See if there is a lesson that can be dropped. This could be a lesson that is weaker. It could also be one that seems to repeat a plan that has already been covered. an additional one selection is to find one that is not relevant to your class or might be over their heads. There are assorted things that might make a lesson the right one to take off but you do need to find one to take out. This way you generate the hole that is needed for your stand alone lesson.

3. Find the right holiday lesson- You probably did not write the Adult Bible Study Curriculum and unless you feel you are a gifted writer I do not recommend writing this stand alone lesson. Go to your local bookstore or look online and find a creative and arresting lesson that fists the single holiday that is approaching.

The Holidays are a marvelous time of year but they also generate marvelous teaching opportunities. I hope you will take these steps to heart and work towards adding in a concentrate of stand alone lessons this holiday season.

We all as moms hope that we will be a good mother. We don’t just want to be ok we want to be great. We want to touch the lives of our children and through their lives we want to leave a legacy. Am I right?

In order to do this, as Christians, we must walk closely with God. In order to face all of life’s challenges head on and be able to tackle and overcome them this is a necessity. After all, even Jesus did this. He spent time daily with the Father.

God

That is key number one to being a mum of influence, Time Alone with God. It is our key to spiritual power. Matthew 14:13 says, “When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat confidentially to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns.” In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, we must withdraw.

Another key to being a mum of work on is that we must walk and talk. Specifically, we must “walk the walk and talk the talk.” It is important that we live honest, genuine lives before our children. Jesus taught in this way. He taught in everyday life situations, using stories. Teach your children through the moments of everyday life. work on them with your life.

Another key to being a mum of work on is communicating effectively. Ask questions. Though your preteen daughter might roll her eyes, she honestly does want you to ask her about her day. She needs for you to take the time to sit and listen. Jesus knew the power of a well settled question, Luke 18:41, shows this, “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord, I want to see,” he replied.” The way Jesus helped others was often through a question.

A final key to being a mum of work on is showing your children unconditional love. More than anything else our children need to know that we love them, even when they mess up. This is how God feels about us. He says so in Zephaniah 3:17, The Lord your God is with you, he is suited to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”

Follow his example and do all these things with your children, then watch them thrive, watch them grow and you will leave a legacy.

Ever wondered how the stars light up the sky during the night. I’m so sure our forefathers depended on the light form the stars like any other source back then. From studies, I was informed that the group of stars (galaxy) is about three times the size of the earth. I’ve come to admire positive things about the stars that I see as associated to human existence.

When I mean you are a star, I’m referring to those who have accepted ‘The enthralling Morning Star’ as their Lord and Saviour. I’m referring to those who are still living their lives worthy of him. The attributes attached to a star should be seen in the lives of these ones. Before I start deviating from the purpose of this description let me state below two of the main attributes of a star that I have come to love and cherish.

Bible

1. Stars Shine brighter only in darkness

“When it is dark enough you can see the stars” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

We live in increasingly negative times fueled by the disintegration of group bonds, moral decadence and I dear state, the dissolution of religious faith. Well, no matter how negative things may be, there are population out there who do only the positive. No matter how dark our world is, there are population shinning as light. You are in this world to shine as light. You are meant to be a shining star. It does not matter how thick the darkness is, your light has the potency to break forth through the darkness. It’s funny enough to know that your relevance is shown forth in the darkness. You are a light meant for others to light up their world.

Don’t be pessimistic about how corrupt Nigeria is; you are needed in the race to eradicate the corruption. Some population say, ‘If you can’t beat them, join them.’ This is wrong to the advancement of our nation. If you can’t beat them, devise your own way in line with the will of God. In no while they will effect you. Leadership always gravitates to the person who can stand up in the midst of others and say the positive things he is mental and always think about. If you see problems, bring out the solutions. In a dinky while population will effect your lead. Nigeria is full of opportunities. You are the light of the world in order to show others the way to go when darkness and obscuring breaks. The closest hour to the dawn is the darkest of the night. Instead of wailing about how the world is falling apart rather stick to the belief that we will all advantage from moral renovation and national re-orientation or revolution. It’s your time to shine!!!

2. Stars are never alone. They never stand still.
Tonight, step out of your balcony, garage or front door to your house, look up to the sky and see how scattered the stars are. If you study them clearly, you will see that they all form a group called galaxy. They are only scattered about so that they can shine forth in wherever point they are placed in the sky. So are we. We are larger than life. Though we are meant to shine forth in the darkness surrounding us individually, we do good when we come together as one. Our group quality shines brighter than we could ever imagine.

It’s time we come together for the particular purpose of eradicating darkness from our Homes, Streets, Local Government Areas, State, Nation…and even the Church. It’s time we come together so as to break the power of darkness that has held Africa down for so long through our ignorance. It’s time we come together with the aim of fighting corruption in every area of our endeavors. It’s time we begin to form groups consisting of stars that have the same spirit, mind…same faith, same believe.

Let’s stand for what is right. Let’s stand for what will be of advantage for our people. Once we solve the question of epileptic power supply, we have solved 80% of our national problems. Once we come together as a star with others stars to manifest who we are in this world, we would solve 98% of our moral problems. This will lead to a good world. It is not the darkness that fears me; it’s the potency of our light. We are distinguished beyond measures. Let us exhibit this for the good of our world at large.

Go on…shine your shine, I’ll shine my shine and together we will shine our shine…Till we all come to the plentifulness and fulfillment of our dreams and purpose…Love you still!

You Are a Star
